1Use of the App

Murmly provides sleep and relaxation sounds for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app on your personal devices in accordance with these terms.

2Subscriptions

• Murmly offers optional premium subscriptions on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

3Free Content & Ads

Murmly offers free content supported by advertisements. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience and access to the full sound library.

4Intellectual Property

All audio content, artwork, and other materials in Murmly are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content from the app outside of personal use within the app.

5Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense any content from the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls.

6Crash Reporting

Murmly uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports and diagnostic data. This helps us identify and fix issues. No personally identifiable information is collected through crash reports.

7Disclaimer

Murmly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Murmly is not a medical application and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
